You can download ThePetzApp for free through the app store and play store. However, you have to purchase ThePetzKit in order to activate ThePetzApp.

What is ThePetzKit?

ThePetzKit includes:
1. Activation code for ThePetzApp
2. Customer card
3. ThePetzTag

Is ThePetzApp available at my vet?

You can find a list with all veterinary clinics which are connected with ThePetzApp here.

What if my vet is not on the list?

You can do one of the following:
1. Send us a private message with the details of your vet
2. Ask your vet to contact us at customerservice@thepetzapp.com
3. Purchase ThePetzApp through another vet (You will not be connected to your previous vet but you will be able to use the other features of ThePetzApp.
